First, like most leftists, she has no clue as to what the decision... or the issues... are about.
Second, this was a decision based on the majority of the court protecting the rights enumerated under the First Amendment.
But then, when it comes to the leftist agenda, when have any of them actually put the Constitution first?
I also notice that Bully didn't seem to have much to say about the SEIU smack down decision. Wonder why?
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.[1]Fairly straight forward, but ultimately meaningless to Bully and her ilk. As a commenter pointed out below this idiocy:
In all fairness, Hobby Lobby still provides coverage for 16 other birth control methods that do not include terminating a pregnancy. They pay quite a bit higher than comparable businesses, and have extremely high employee satisfaction; so despite the bad press, they are doing something right.Clearly, Bully is one of those "3rd trimester, execute in the womb" types who don't believe the document that establishes the very foundation of government in this country means anything.
